Park Yoga Summer Special

£95 for 20 classes

Join me at Wellstreet Common for a summer of yoga in July and August! This offer includes 20 classes: 

weekly Monday Vinyasa 19:00-20:00 (start 5th July)

weekly Friday Vinyasa 07:30-08:30 (start 9th of July)

Saturday Headstand Special 10:30 -11:30 (10th, 24th July & 14th, 28th August)

 

All classes take place at Wellstreet Common in the park. Please bring your own mat. We meet 5 min before the class starts by the swings. 

 

Headstand Special

£36 for 4 classes

Saturday Headstand Special 10:30 -11:30 

(10th, 24th July & 14th, 28th August)

This series of 4 classes will give you the opportunity to learn a headstand or refine your headstand skills. You will work on upper body strength and learn how to go upside down in a supported and save way. 

 

All classes take place at Wellstreet Common in the park. Please bring your own mat. We meet 5 min before the class starts by the swings.

Yoga & Breakfast at the farm

at Spitalfields City Farm

Come and join us at Spitalfields City Farm on Saturday 23rd of April for yoga and a homemade breakfast afterwards. We will practise yoga in the safari tent at the farm with views into the beautiful green garden. The yoga class will be a slow flow, combining movement, mindfulness and breath work.

Luisa will then prepare a delicious breakfast with homemade Bircher Muesli, cake and a coffee or tea from the tea hut. Come and enjoy a morning at the farm as if you were on a holiday yoga retreat, move your body and chat to some East London yogis afterwards over a delicious breakfast.

What’s included?

  • 75min yoga class with Luisa,
  • homemade breakfast, muesli, fruit compote, cake,
  • 1 hot drink from the tea hut at the farm,
  • Lots of good vibes and chats with your fellow yogis.

Please bring your own mat and a blanket for the class. Please be aware that the class will be outside in a tent without heating, please wear appropriate clothes.

ONLIne slow Flow yoga

Join me for a slow flowing yoga class to stretch your body and get ready for your week. 

The class will combine breath awareness, movement and relaxation. It’s a gentle class to release muscular tension and calm your mind. The class will be online on zoom. You will receive the zoom link in the confirmation email.

Please have your yoga mat, a cushion and a blanket ready. 

 


MONDAY

Park Yoga Drop-IN

Join me for a flowing, sometimes challenging vinyasa yoga class. The class starts with a short breath awareness practice. I will guide you through an engaging warm-up and work towards some stronger poses. The class is flowing but not fast. In the end, you will wind down and have a 10min relaxation. 


This class takes place at Wellstreet Common in the park. Please bring your own mat. We meet 5 min before the class starts by the swings.

Park Yoga Drop-In

Start your day and end your week with this flowing yoga class. We start with a 10min meditation and move through a smooth and engaging warm up. The class contains energising poses to set you up for your day. You can end the class seated to keep your energy level up. 


This class takes place at Wellstreet Common in the park. Please bring your own mat. We meet 5 min before the class starts by the swings.
