Bringing Yoga to the Workplace

Yoga is not just about being able to perform complicated poses and movements – it’s a holistic approach to physical and mental health, as well as a person’s well-being and personal growth. Bringing yoga to the workplace can improve employees’ lives, help with posture problems, and decrease stress levels. It can bring people from different teams together and build a community vibe.

What do you need to make it work?

You will need a room: just push chairs and tables to the sides and your team is ready to go. If you want to practise with mats, that’s great, but yoga can also be done standing or sitting. Even a short 30-minute lunchtime session can have great effects on wellbeing and productivity.

How will I help you?

Before we get started we’ll have a chat about the needs of your employees. The class will be designed for your team to give them the energy kick they need at the start or in the middle of their day. I will come to your office; all you need to do is prep the room and ensure participants are there and ready to go. Every session will include movement and stretches for the body and relaxation practices for the mind.


Corporate Yoga Classes with me start from £60 for off-peak slots (during the day or lunchtime) and £70 for peak slots (mornings and evenings). There may be additional costs for travel costs and time. I do offer discounts for bundle bookings: please ask for details. Classes will need to be paid up-front.

Health and wellbeing of employees is very important for JTP and Luisa´s wonderful weekly classes have been making a true impact!
