All you need to know

Who are the courses for?

Universities, Graduate Schools and Research Institutes can book a seminar or retreat with me and one of my academic writing coaches. You need to have a group of PhD students or researchers you’d like to organise this for.

Academic writing and yoga retreat:
  • The academic writing and yoga retreat takes place in person only. No online option available.
  • For the academic writing and yoga retreat doctoral candidates need to be in the writing phase of their PhD (year 3). Researchers need to decide on a paper or a chapter they’d like to work on before the start of the retreat.
  • It will take place at your institution or at a venue of your choice. We need one large yoga room, one writing room and one coaching room.
  • If the course takes place in London there are no further costs for accommodation for the facilitators.
Mindfulness for Stress Relief Course: 
  •  The mindfulness for stress relief course can be held in-person or online. If the course takes place online it will be through the platform Zoom. If you decide to hold the course in person, you will need to provide a room that fits the group.

The academic writing and yoga retreat is always in person and will take place at your institution or at a venue of your choice.

I always work with institutions as partners to organise the courses and groups.
